New Canaan Historical Society: "Daniel Conley and his wife Deborah Hanford are listed in our bio-card files. Deborah's bio-card includes her parents names, Ebenezer & Lucretia, her date of birth, 1793, that she is in the Congregational Church Records and indicates that her ancestry is documented in a published genealogy. Daniel's bio-card does not provide parental information or even date of birth. There is however reference to a mention of him in the Norwalk Gazette, Mar 25, 1823, p3, col.3. We do not have that paper, but I believe that it may be available from the Norwalk Library. The last bit of information on their cards indicate that they took up residence in Logan Co., Ohio after 1823."
